BY COMMISSIONING ME FOR ANY SERVICE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE BELOW
I. GENERAL TERMS
Please write in a clear and concise manner and provide clear references.
Any ill-advised or rude behavior will not be tolerated.
If any of the aforementioned behavior occurs, I will cancel the commission.
II. PAYMENT
All commissions must be paid upfront and in full.
The currency accepted is USD.
Accepted payment methods include the following :
Cashapp -- Venmo -- PayPal -- zelle
* Commissions will not be started until I receive the full payment. *
III. PROCESS
Updates will only be given if the commissioner personally asks for them.
Updates will be given if I, the artist, have a question about the commission.
Updates will not be given in the event that the commissioner begins to ask for them excessively.
The threshold defining ‘excessive’ is at the discretion of the artist.
The time for commission to be completed can be up to 6 months depending on many factors.
These factors include but are not limited to:
The Artist’s Health -- Order of Commission -- Complexity of Commission -- Work / School --Family Issues --etc.
* If any of the things stated above occurs, the commissioner will be notified ASAP. *
IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
When a commission is completed, only small changes can be made.
ex. Small coloring -- Marking mistakes.
Any great changes will come with an extra charge.
ex. Outfit change -- Background change -- Anything that makes me have to redraw a portion of the Commission completely.
* If you, the commissioner, gave a reference that was unclear to start with, you are not entitled to minor changes without a fee.
Fees for such changes can be up to 50% of the original commission price. *
V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner. Therefore, I'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
Promote myself within any place or site.
Publish books with said commission.
To display it anywhere to my liking.
Post it wherever I want.

The commissioner is allowed to:
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
If you, the commissioner, violates the Copyright Infringement in any way, you retract every right you have to the drawing.
The following actions are considered Copyright Infringement:
Reproducing / using the copyrighted artwork commercially (Using the commissioned work for monetary profit in any way.)
Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing any watermarks / signatures.
Altering the artwork without my, the artist ́s, consent.
With Commercial Rights you are allowed to:
Make any sort of merchandise with the artwork.
Use it in books / covers / props / change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.
Credit is still required for usage of the artwork regardless if altered or edited.
* A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of the original price.
Private Commissions will always come with a 50% fee. *
VI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY
If payment has not yet been received, you, the commissioner, have the right to cancel the commission.
I, the artist, have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payments are received.
If you file a chargeback against me, the artist, your right to all commissioned work will be retracted and I, the artist, have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
The artist holds the right to refuse service to any and all commissioners.
The artist holds the right to file a complaint if necessary.
The artist retains the right to all money received from the commissioner.
* ANY STATEMENT IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITH ME, THE ARTIST, PRIOR TO STARTING A COMMISSION *
